Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the cleaning services provided by Ele's Cleaning Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking, or receiving a cleaning, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide commercial and residential cleaning across Frisco and the surrounding North Texas area, including standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, and recurring janitorial service. The exact scope of each job is the scope described in your quote or service agreement.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website are starting estimates. Your final price is confirmed once we know the size and condition of your space, and for commercial work after a free on-site walkthrough. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Significant changes in the condition or size of the space from what was described may adjust the price, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the space at the scheduled time, including any keys, codes, or entry instructions. If our team cannot access the space at the scheduled time, or is turned away on arrival, it is treated as a cancellation inside 24 hours (see below). Please secure pets and let us know of any hazards or areas you would like us to avoid.
Payment
For residential jobs, we keep a card securely on file with our payment processor and charge it after your cleaning is complete — never before booking. For commercial clients, we invoice monthly and offer Net 15 or Net 30 terms as set out in your service agreement. Late or failed payments may pause future service.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and there is no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours are subject to a fee of $50 or 50% of the quoted price, whichever is greater, because we have already reserved that time and staffed for it. Move-in and move-out cleans block off a much larger window, so cancellations inside 24 hours on those are charged 35% of the quoted price. If our team cannot access the space at the scheduled time, the same inside-24-hour fee applies.
Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work with our 24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee. If you are not happy with any part of the cleaning, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge. This re-clean is your exclusive remedy for a cleaning you are not satisfied with.
Insurance and liability
We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation, and every team member is background-checked. If you believe we caused damage during a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours so we can inspect and address it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the cleaning at issue, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were already broken, unstable, or improperly secured. Please store valuables, cash, and irreplaceable items safely before your appointment.
Your responsibilities
To help us do our best work, please pick up clutter, secure pets, and point out anything fragile or off-limits before we begin. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us when booking, including the size and condition of the space.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
